Responsible and impact investing

8F Asset Management and its group companies are committed to delivering attractive risk-adjusted investment returns through responsible investment practices
that thoroughly consider the impact of our investment decisions on society and on the planet.

8F’s Responsible Investment and Impact framework is grounded on three pillars:

1. Seeking opportunities that contribute to
United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).

2. Integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors analysis
into investment mandates, strategies, objectives and processes.

3. Identifying and capturing investment opportunities that
intentionally target positive environmental and societal impacts.

Our commitment to responsible and impact investing is further demonstrated and formalised through written policies and by becoming a signatory to key responsible investment principles.

8F is a signatory to the United Nations backed Principles for Responsible Investment demonstrating our commitment to the integration of ESG factors in our investment analysis, investment decisions and business practices.
